To my traveling Referees:

Please be aware of new TSA ID requirements that begin on Jan. 22, 2018 that may affect your ability to clear airport security with your current driver’s license due to the Real ID Act. Please go to TSA.gov and search Real ID for more information and to be sure that your state is compliant and that your driver’s license will be accepted after Jan. 22, 2018 at airport security.

This means, if your state isn’t compliant with the REAL ID Act, you’ll need an additional form of identification in order to get through airport security. If you’re a resident of Kentucky, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina or Washington, your ID will no longer be enough to get through airport security if your state doesn’t comply with the security measures outlined in the REAL ID Act.

Click here to view acceptable forms of ID.

Is your state in compliance?

TSA have signs posted throughout the airports.
